The end is near...for this project

We are almost done with the FNiP and I couldn't be happier. There was so much work to do and everything had to be done in detail that we had to work through multiple classes, but in the end we did it all. Everything that we did was finished and we almost had nothing else to do but to finish up descriptions of the cards and descriptions of each of the five classes. Emil and Noah were still messing with us sending obstacles at us but still we still did it.

The 8th of April

We were getting closer to the end of the four nights in Paris era and we still had a lot of work to get done. Throughout the whole time, we had to defeat the world's worst developer. We were working on organizing everything on psyberfire because that's where everything was put. The group that I was in had to organize all of the player cards and create user stories for each of them. It was a lot of work but I knew that we could do it.

April 1st, April Fools.

Today we continued with Scrum and the Four Nights in Paris project. Noah and Emil were messing with us while we were trying to do continue with the project. Some of us couldn't talk for a few minutes or some people had to go out into the hallway. Other people had to do all the work by themselves without anyone helping them. It was a mess but it showed us valuable lessons. It taught us that anything can happen while you are planning a game especially when there's a huge group of people.

We continue with Scrum...and a new project

So this week we continued with the Psyberfire notes and scrum, but we had a new project to think about The Four Nights in Paris project. Noah, who was the product owner, had to tell us all of the major information about the game. There are 5 different classes: sniper, assassin, victim, spy and another class  that I don't remember. One of Emil's old students was here to to show us a way that scrum would be fun. We had all become a different class: an enchanter, mage, guardian or a an assassin.

Today we started on a new project. Our project is creating a presentation for a game called Four Nights in Paris. But before we could do anything with that game we had to learn about scrum and everything that had to do with it. Emil showed us a presentation that we had to take notes and learn about Scrum and about his website called Psyberfire. We learned about the origins of scrum and who contributed to its creation.
